You own the business data you enter into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your vouchers, invoices and reports, and for keeping your own backups using the export features.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to create false or fraudulent documents, to attempt unauthorised access, or to disrupt the Service or other users.
4. Free invoice generator
The free invoice generator is provided "as is". You are responsible for the content of invoices you create and for complying with the tax and invoicing laws that apply to your business.
5. Not professional advice
Khoharasoft ERP is a record-keeping tool. Reports produced by the Service do not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for such advice.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khoharasoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
